This Workshop is designed especially for Physiotherapists and exercise Professionals who wish to extend the expertise in the area of Pilates training in a variety of health care settings. It offers Physiotherapists and Exercise Specialists a range of opportunities to develop the skills in the area of Mat Pilates and Rehabilitation. This workshop provides space for Physios to improve the analytical skills for the Promotion of Mat Pilates using appropriate assessment and therapeutic interventions.
The course is concluded by reviewing evidence on treatment parameters and clinical reasoning in selecting various Exercise regimens.
